APC Presidential Rally: Naira Marley Entertains Crowd In Lagos

EFCC's Legal Battle Against Naira Marley Hits a Roadblock

The All Progressives Congress (APC) held a mega campaign for its presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on Tuesday, February 21, in Lagos state ahead of the general elections this weekend. Indigenous rapper, Naira Marley, was well on ground to thrill party faithful and supporters with some of his hit tracks.

The stadium is filled to the brim with Lagosians, well-wishers, party faithful, friends, and families of Bola Ahmed Tinubu. People were chanting Tinubu’s name, expressing their support for him.

Personalities at the mega rally include Senator Olurinimbe Mammora, Senator Ganiu Olarenwaju Solomon, GOS, Bala Muhammed, Iyaloja General of Nigeria, Folashade Tinubu-Ojo, members of Lagos State Executive members, Senator Gbenga Ashafa, members of Nollywood, traders, party faithful among the mammoth crowd.

Others are: Senator Tokunbo Abiru, APC Senate candidate, Lagos West, Dr. idiat Adebule APC Women Leader, Jumoke Okoya-Thomas Lagos State House of Assembly, Mudashiru Obasa.

Popular musicians from the North are also on ground rendering songs in Hausa, to add to the rally entertainment, provided by Naira Marley.  Nollywood actor Zack Orji, and Baba Chinedu were also present.

Apart from local and state leaders like Senator Ganiyu Solomon,  Speaker Mudashiru Obasa and Lagos APC Chairman Cornelius Ojelabi, and Publicity Secretary Seye Oladejo who are around, only few national leaders, including Senator Remi Tinubu and Minister of Science,  Technology and Innovation

Dr. Olorunnimbe Mamora, are around. Others are former first lady of Oyo State, Mrs. Florence Ajimobi.

Bola Ahmed Tinubu is a Nigerian accountant and politician who served as the Governor of Lagos State from 1999 to 2007 and Senator for Lagos West during the brief Third Republic. In June 2022, he won the primary election and emerged the All Progressives Congress, Presidential Candidate in the 2023 Nigerian presidential election.
