Somto BisinaLess than one month after Davido released his much-anticipated album “Timeless”, the Afrobeats singer On Sunday April 24, 2023 thrilled Lagosians with the Davido Timeless Concert at the Tafawa Balewa Square.
The much-anticipated ‘Timeless’ concert of the afrobeats superstar had interesting scenes and flooded various social media platforms as music fans turned up to the groove.
Spyro, Iyanya, Khaid and several other artistes who also attended the Davido Timesless Concert in Lagos on Sunday night also thrilled fans to their respective hits.

The Album had recorded one day after it was released. The Davido Timeless album houses 17 tracks and features Nigerian artists like The Cavemen, Fave, Asake, Beninese-French singer-songwriter Angelique Kidjo, British-Nigerian rapper Skepta, South African music producer/DJ Musa Keys, and Jamaican dancehall/reggae singer Dexta Daps. Tracks 3 (In The Garden) and 14 (Picasso) feature DMW’s latest additions, Morravey and Logos Olori. Also appearing on the album is the Focalistic-assisted track “Champion Sound,” which was released in 2021.

The album had on on Friday afternoon, March 31, amassed over a million streams on music platform, Boomplay six hours after its release. The hit album which relaunches the musical career of Davido following a period of solitude following the death of his three-year son, Ifeanyi is topping Nigeria’s Top Albums Chart, the UK’s Top Albums Chart as well as on Apple Music.
In just 24 hours, “Timeless” has gone on to break some incredible records, among which is securing the number one spot of the biggest first day streams for albums on Spotify NG, with a whooping 4.91m streams.
