In their statement, Berry and Martinez shared their commitment to moving forward with love and respect, especially for the sake of their son.

The couple prioritized their child’s well-being and requested privacy from the public during this challenging period. Despite their initial intent, the legal process extended over seven years before reaching its conclusion. The recent court documents, filed on a Tuesday, revealed the financial arrangements settled between the former partners.

As part of the agreement, Berry will provide approximately $8,000 per month in child support for their 9-year-old son, Maceo. Additionally, reports from TMZ indicate that Martinez will receive 4.3% of Berry’s income exceeding $2 million.

The division of financial responsibility is meticulously outlined, with Berry covering Maceo’s private school tuition, extracurricular activities, health insurance, and therapy expenses.

Interestingly, Berry has reportedly agreed to reimburse Martinez for any of these expenses incurred during the 2023/2024 school year.

The divorce judgment also outlines Martinez’s commitment to actively seek employment and contribute to their child’s upbringing.

Beyond her relationship with Martinez, Berry is also a mother to 15-year-old daughter Nahla Ariela, whom she shares with her ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry.
