In his heartfelt caption, Davido shared his vision of using his platform to bring about positive change in the lives of those less fortunate.

The tradition of donating to orphanages around his birthday, which started a few years ago, has grown into a significant annual event, allowing him to impact the lives of numerous children in need.

With this generous contribution, Davido and the DAF have set in motion a wave of transformation, uplifting the spirits of orphanages and empowering them to create better opportunities for the children they care for.

Last year, during his birthday celebration, Davido initiated a fundraising campaign by posting his account details online, receiving a staggering ₦200 million from well-wishers and supporters.

It is heartwarming to witness how this substantial sum was channeled entirely towards supporting orphanages and the Paroche Foundation, reinforcing Davido’s dedication to charitable causes.
