Portable Survives Ghastly Car Crash

Portable, the controversial street singer also known as Habeeb Olawunmi, recently survived a life-threatening accident in his newly acquired G-Wagon.

A video circulating on the web showcases the aftermath of the harrowing crash, revealing the luxury Mercedes Benz reduced to ruins.

In true transparent fashion, Portable took to Instagram to recount the ordeal to his fans. He shared that the incident occurred on July 12, 2023, in Osapa London, Lekki, while he was driving to his music studio amidst heavy rainfall.

Despite the severity of the accident, the resilient artist remained optimistic and expressed his gratitude to the Lord in his Instagram caption.

He urged his fans to stay hopeful and motivated, stating, “Today is an opportunity to do better than yesterday if we try today. If today doesn’t work, we will try tomorrow. Aje, who has God will never be disgraced. Thank you, my dear fans, for your support. MOWADUPE. IKA OF AFRICA.”

Assuring his followers of his safety, Portable declared that his enemies had failed in their attempts to harm him and that he was perfectly fine.

He firmly believed that his talent and hard work would bring him the means to acquire a new vehicle, confidently stating, “The hustle that bought me that car will buy me another one. You can’t ruin my life; I bought the car, and people used their words to spoil it. The car didn’t kill me.”

Furthermore, the singer shared his aspirations of owning a private jet and a house someday. Addressing rumours that he obtained his car through illicit means, Portable refuted the claims, clarifying that the accident was a result of the rain and not any supernatural intervention.

He boldly stated, “They said I did rituals and it would kill me. It was caused by the rain; I was going to the studio when the accident happened.

No force can end my life; I’ve fortified myself against all evil. The incident occurred in Lekki, Osapa London, and I will buy a house in that very place.”

Remaining unwavering in his enthusiasm, Portable assured his fans to expect new music from him in the near future. Despite the accident, he remains a resilient artist, determined to rise above any challenges that come his way.
