However, it wasn’t until Friday that Princess Kate decided to address the rumours head-on, marking a profound moment of vulnerability for the British Royal Family.

This disclosure comes in the wake of an earlier announcement from Kensington Palace on January 17, revealing her admission for “planned abdominal surgery.”

Initially believed to be a non-cancerous issue, subsequent tests uncovered the harsh reality: cancer. However, the exact type remains undisclosed, with Kensington Palace firmly asserting the princess’s right to medical privacy.

Within the confines of her heartfelt address, Princess Kate expressed gratitude for the outpouring of support while recounting the challenging journey she and Prince William have faced since her surgery.

“In January, I underwent major abdominal surgery in London, and at the time, it was thought that my condition was non-cancerous.
