The controversy unfolded on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, when Milaal made these startling claims during an interview with media personality Tasha K. According to Milaal, he accidentally stumbled upon Martin and Smith engaged in what he described as a shocking act of intimacy in a dressing room.

The actor’s team, however, is not taking these accusations lightly and has indicated that legal action may be pursued against Milaal for making what they consider defamatory statements.
Describing the alleged scene, Milaal had said: “I opened the door to Duane’s dressing room, and that’s when I see Duane having anal s3x with Will. There was a couch, and Will was bent over the couch, and Duane was standing up. I can tell you what goes on the inside; from anybody else, it’s all speculation.”
Not stopping at the alleged incident, Milaal went on to make personal remarks about Smith’s anatomy, stating that he “has a small p3nis.” The interview sent shockwaves through social media, with various reactions and discussions emerging online. Despite the widespread social media uproar, Duane Martin and his team have chosen not to respond to Milaal’s claims at this time.
