Anambra Governor, Soludo Loses Dad

The Anambra State governor, Chukwuma Soludo has lost his father, Pa Simeon Nwankwo Soludo, (Ichie Akukananwa 1).

It was gathered that he died in the early hours of Monday after an illness. However, no official announcement has been made about the demise.

Pa Soludo is survived by seven sons, 22 grand-children and six great grandchildren. When asked to confirm the news,  Soludo’s Press Secretary, Christian Aburime, said, “Yes it is true. I will soon issue a statement on it.”

He said Governor Soludo noted that his late father lived a fulfilled life and died at the age of 92.
