A posthumous petition authored by the late Nigerian artiste, Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as MohBad, has surfaced online. The petition alleges an imminent threat to his life and substantial property damage orchestrated by music promoter Samson Erinfolami Balogun, also known as Sam Larry, and a group of 15 individuals.

The incident, outlined in the petition dated June 27, 2023, revolves around a video shoot that took place on June 25, 2023. During the video shoot, MohBad and fellow artist Zlatan Ibile were abruptly confronted by Sam Larry and his associates, who were allegedly armed and menacing.

The petition claims that the group proceeded to wreak havoc, causing damage to equipment valued at over N5 million while also physically assaulting MohBad, who narrowly escaped with injuries.

What is particularly concerning is the assertion made by Sam Larry during the altercation. He reportedly claimed to be acting on behalf of Oba Elegushi of Lagos State, further escalating the gravity of the situation.
