Diddy Combs Sued By Former Model In New Sǝxual Assault Claim

Sean “P. Diddy” Combs is facing a new lawsuit from a former model who has accused him of sexual assault forceful intoxication. According to court documents obtained by Tmz, the allegations date back to 2003 when the model met Combs after being introduced by a fashion designer.

The model claims the designer was adamant on ensuring Combs found her attractive and insisted that she sat next to him during a dinner where the rapper allegedly made advances throughout the evening.

The lawsuit explains that Combs promised to use his influence to enhance the model’s career. After the dinner, he invited her to a studio where several men were consuming alcohol and marijuana. The plaintiff claims Combs offered her a joint, saying, “You’ve never had weed like this before,” and later realized it was laced with a narcotic or another intoxicating substance.

Combs allegedly took the model to a bathroom where he kissed her without consent and forced her to perform oral sex. The model alleges she lost consciousness afterward and woke up in the studio. The lawsuit states she suffered from depression, anxiety, drug addiction, and a suicide attempt around a year after the incident.
