Former Big Brother Naija contestant, Khloe, recently found herself at the center of controversy after remarks she made about the natural hair community sparked criticism.

Addressing the issue on her Instagram account, Khloe explained that her previous statements had been misconstrued during an interview with Tolanibaj and Mowat Abebe.

She asserted that the controversy stemmed from a misunderstanding during the interview, which became the focal point of criticism.

Not content with merely offering an apology, Khloe took a bold step by announcing her intention to pursue legal action against the interviewers.

She accused them of distorting her words to sensationalize their show, emphasizing the dangers of media misrepresentation. Expressing frustration, Khloe cautioned her followers about blindly trusting the media and underscored the need for accuracy in reporting.

In her Instagram post, Khloe provided further context, admitting to expressing personal opinions on natural hair but clarified that these were not intended as serious remarks.

She revealed that she had requested the interviewers to exclude these comments from the final edit, but they were included against her wishes.

Khloe emphasized her support for the natural hair community, expressing disappointment that her positive remarks had been overshadowed by the controversy manufactured by the show’s focus.

The incident has ignited a debate on media ethics and celebrity portrayal, with followers and critics questioning whether this was a genuine misunderstanding or a calculated move by the media.
