In a recent online video featuring Simi and her daughter Adejare, the artist candidly revealed the reasons behind her choice to postpone another pregnancy. She revealed that the birth of her first child brought about notable changes in her body, particularly affecting her eyesight.

Simi disclosed that she has been contending with an eye condition that emerged after giving birth to Adejare, and unfortunately, the condition has worsened over time.

Highlighting her dedication to seeking medical assistance, Simi shared that she had consulted a doctor three months ago, who recommended the use of corrective glasses to address her eye issue.
