Ademide Adeoye, an entrepreneur and owner of Mide Interiors, has hailed women heading some of the top Nigerian banks, saying it is a great feat that deserves commendations.

The world is changing, so is everyone changing and striving to become better versions of who they are, because the world is dynamic.

Women particularly have been climbing their way to the top in order to make name for themselves, create legacy and also be a blueprint to other women.

Ademide Adeoye of “Mide Interiors” during an interview with Prime Business Africa Correspondent said “women heading Nigeria banks is a great feat, no woman waits for their man to bring anything to the table, they rather contribute by going out to shake great walls”.

Shonola said women can take over the business space in the world through their innovations and skills.

“Look at female entrepreneurs today, look at them everywhere, coming up with great ideas, mind blowing innovations and creativity, gone are the days when you learn a skill and all you can think about is opening a shop, now, women register their businesses, they stand as a corporate entity in their businesses and it adds value to them”, she said.

She said, she doesn’t think women are pressured to do anything for themselves, rather they are driven by goals and aspirations.

“In my point of view, I don’t think women are pressured to do anything for themselves, if you have a vision, you must be on a mission to achieve that goal”

“Besides, I think most women went to read their bible very well where the part where “women help your husbands” come in”, she said.

“I feel they just want to help their husbands in ways that they can”, shonola said.
