The All Progressives Congress (APC) has named a 61-member Campaign Council chaired by Kebbi State Governor, Atiku Bagudu, for the 2022 Ekiti State governorship election.

The Campaign Council, according to a memo  signed by the ruling party’s National Organising Secretary H.E Sulaiman Muhammad Argungu,  will be inaugurated by the National Chairman, H.E. Sen. (Dr.) Abdullahi Adamu CON, on Monday, May 23,  2022 by 9am at the National Secretariat, Abuja.

Named as  Vice Chairman of the Council is  Deputy Senate President Ovie Omo-Agege, with members as Minister of Works, Babatunde Fashola, Governors Rotimi Akeredolu (Ondo State), Yahaya Bello (Kogi), Simon Lalong (Plateau), Hope Uzodinma (Imo) and Prof. Ben Ayade (Cross River), among 52 others.
