Wild fires are common i Canada but the unusual simultaneous blazes burning in the east and west has stretched firefighting resources and  forced the Canadian government to send in military to intervene.

Already, hundreds of U.S firefighters have arrived in Canada and many more are on their way, according to Reuters.

Reacting to the wildfire incident, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said, on Twitter, that the fires are affecting everyday routines, lives and livelihoods, “and our air quality.”

The eastern province of Quebec had seen the worst form of fires, with over 11,000 people  evacuating their homes in Quebec.
