FG Unveils Nationwide Real-Time Online Classes to Bridge Learning Gaps

November 25, 2025

The Federal Ministry of Education has launched a nationwide rollout of Inspire Live(s), a real-time online learning initiative aimed at expanding equitable access to quality education for children across Nigeria.

The programme, unveiled in line with President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, is designed to address the shortage of qualified teachers and ensure uninterrupted learning for students in all parts of the country. By leveraging technology to deliver live, interactive classes, the initiative seeks to ensure that no learner is disadvantaged by geography or circumstance.

According to the Minister of Education, Chief (Dr.) Maruf Tunji Alausa, full implementation is already in progress, with plans to scale the online classes to cover all levels from Primary 1 to Senior Secondary 3.
