Iranian military-affiliated media on Saturday issued an emergency alert advising Iranian citizens residing in several Middle Eastern countries to leave immediately or avoid areas linked to the United States, as regional tensions escalate following Israeli strikes on Tehran.

The advisory specifically urged Iranians in the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Jordan to depart those countries “as soon as possible” if they had not already done so.

For those unable to leave, the statement advised avoiding proximity to military bases, hotels, docks, commercial centres, or any locations associated with the United States. It also called on citizens to minimise all non-essential travel until further notice.

The warning comes amid heightened fears of retaliation and a widening conflict after Israel carried out daylight strikes on Tehran, with U.S. participation confirmed by American officials. Iran has previously warned that U.S. military personnel and assets in the region could become targets in the event of direct confrontation.

No official statement has yet been issued by Iran’s Foreign Ministry regarding evacuation logistics or diplomatic coordination with the affected countries.

Authorities in the Gulf states named in the advisory have not immediately responded publicly to the warning.

The development signals growing concern within Iran about potential regional spillover, particularly in countries hosting American military installations or strategic infrastructure.

The situation remains fluid as governments across the region assess security risks and monitor for possible further escalation.
