Police Debunks Reports of Student Kidnapping in Nasarawa

The Nigeria Police Force and the management of St. Peters’ Foundation Secondary School in Rukubi, Doma Local Government Area of Nasarawa State, have dismissed reports claiming that students were abducted from the school.

Nasarawa State Police Command said it received the circulating information but found no evidence of any attack or abduction after conducting checks with local officers and community leaders.

Officials of St. Peters’ Foundation Secondary School also confirmed that no kidnapping incident occurred within the school premises, adding that academic activities had continued without disruption.

Security agencies remain alert and continue to monitor the general area to ensure the safety of schools and residents.
