Time it is said is the healer of all wounds, and this came to the fore as mother of music legend 2Baba, Madam Rose Idibia, finally accepted Edo Law maker, Natasha Osawaru, as her brand new daughter in-law.

The hatchet between the two women was buried at the weekend, as the man in the love triangle 2Baba finally achieved his dream, sealing traditional wedding with Natasha.

In a viral video, the couple was seen surrounded by a large gathering of guests. Natasha, donning a traditional Idoma outfit with a scarf covering her face, was captured approaching 2Face’s family.

Traditional dancers, similarly adorned in Idoma attire, accompanied her as she made her way through the crowd. Pictures also emerged 2Baba and Natasha affectionately sharing moments with Madam Rose sandwiched in-between them as Natasha plants a lovely kiss on her. The emerging scenario no doubt signals an end to squabbles, beginning of a new chapter and an end to the Annie Macaulay era.

Prior to the latest development, Madam Rose Idibia had vehemently opposed his son’s marriage plans to Natasha. She did not stop at that but appealed to the public and anyone who care to listen to please beg the law maker to release her son, accusing her of using a beads to hold her son.

In response, Natasha had defended the use of the beads, clarifying that they were cultural symbols tied to her royal lineage.

2Face and Natasha’s relationship first drew public attention in January when the artist confirmed their union, shortly after revealing his separation from Annie Idibia. He proposed to Natasha around that time, stressing that their relationship had no link to his breakup with Annie.

Adding to the growing signs of commitment, Natasha recently updated her Instagram biography to include 2Face’s surname, suggesting a stronger bond between them, just as Annie Macaulay dropped Idibia from her own name

According to report, the reception of their traditional wedding will hold on a yet to be announced date next month.
