Ahead of the impending cabinet reshuffle by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, some ministers in the cabinet have flagged off stocktaking and tiding up their tables.
Fillers from some of the ministries indicate that the ministers have started drafting their handover notes while at the same time praying not to make the list of those that will receive a hand shake from the President and wished well in their future endeavour as they exit the cabinet.

The reshuffle will also see proper confirmation of who replaces former Spokesperson to the President, Ajuri Ngelale, who exited the cabinet on September 7.
Meanwhile, former Spokesman of Atiku Abubakar Presidential Campaign, Daniel Bwala says only President Tinubu can determine which of the ministers stays and who goes. Speaking on Channels television Thursday on the impeding reshuffle, Bwala added that the suggestions and name dropping from any other quarter remains mere speculation.
“The president is assessing whether some people believe in his administration because if they do, you will be a messenger of what you believe in. But as to who should go or stay is the prerogative of the president. Only the president knows who will go and who will stay. Anybody else who tells you they know is second-guessing or not being fair to themselves.” he said,

Although no timeline has been highlighted for the impeding reshuffle, there are however speculations that it may come as early as October 1st which marks the country’s 64th Independent Anniversary.
There are social media speculations that Bwala who abandoned his principal, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and the PDP to embrace APC and the Tinubu government may be getting a portfolio in the cabinet rejig.
Recall that the Borno State born lawyer and policy analyst told whoever cared to listen that he owes no one apology over the decamp, confirming during his switch over that he told the President of his desire to contribute to the success of his administration.
“I told him today that I am committing to play my part to support your administration, and I have no apologies to anybody,” he had said then during an interview with Channels.
