Ousted Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro arrived at a federal courthouse in Manhattan on Monday for a court appearance.

Maduro was seen in handcuffs as he was escorted from a helicopter to a waiting vehicle before being driven to the Daniel Patrick Moynihan U.S. Courthouse, where his arraignment is scheduled for noon local time.
