Accolades, As Joke Silva Celebrates Husband Olu Jacobs At 82

Accolades poured in today Thursday, July 11, 2024, as Veteran actor Olu Jacobs celebrated his 82nd birthday. Interestingly the joyous occasion is coming just few days after the actor dubbed in some quarters as God father in the entertainment industry was rumored to have passed away on social media.

Wife of the veteran and equally a veteran in her own right Joke Silva used the occasion to celebrate her legendary husband who has put smiles on the faces of many with his talent both on the tube and on stage over the years.

She marked the occasion with a heartfelt post, a video collage showcasing Olu Jacobs’ illustrious career, featuring clips from his prime and a recent footage of him relaxing in a lounge.

Joke Silva’s caption expressed her love and admiration for her husband, calling him “Sir J of life” and wishing him an amazing year ahead.

”82 just like that go ….Agba ko ni nira l’agbara Jesu…Happy birthday and have an amazing year ahead me darling…. Sir J of life @_olujacobs (loving his customized house coat …thanks a mill,” she wrote.

Olu Jacobs, a legendary actor, has had a profound impact on the film industry, starring in numerous iconic movies from the 80s to the late 2000s. His contributions have created lasting childhood memories for many fans.

Expectedly Prime Business Africa noted that  Joke Silva’s post attracted a lot of comments from fans and colleagues in the industry and fans alike all celebrating Olu Jacobs who was born on 11th July, 1942.
