Sani stated that the council holds religious festivals in high regard and as such takes caution of fixing examination dates to prevent clash with any of such event.

According to him, the council has given a whole examination free week, beginning from July 8 to July 13, in the ongoing Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) for school-based candidates.

“This is to enable Muslim faithful to have enough time to celebrate the festival,” Sani said.

The 2022 SSCE for School based candidates began on June 27th, and will end on 12th August 2022.

The annual Muslim festival is fixed for July 9th, 2022 which will  witness various cultural celebrations such as Ojude-Oba festival in Ogun State.
