Give Police Better Welfare, They’ll Serve Better —Ex-AIG Inalegwu

A Retired Assistant Inspector General of Police, Wilson Inalegwu has advocated for the improvement of the Police welfare package in a bid to ensure that the Force’s commitment to the security to the citizens can be improved

The EX-AIG posited that the welfare package of the Policemen is too poor to expect maximum output.

Inalegwu also highlighted training as an important component for improving policing activities in the country.

The former police boss made these statements while analysing activities at the lekki tollgate during the #Endsars memorial, on October 20, 2021.

Inalegbu also believes that the Nigeria Police Force need more patrol vehicles and psychoanalysis to ascertain the level of their mental balance.

Recall that men of police force on Wednesday, sprang into action, arresting peaceful protesting Nigerians at the Lekki Tollgate where a journalist was also arrested .
