Residents of Isuofia community in Anambra, are already celebrating Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo as their new Governor.

The people trooped out on Sunday evening in their numbers, gathering at the country home of Prof. Charles Soludo, in celebration of his yet to be announced victory at the governorship poll

Charles Soludo, the candidate of the All Progressive Grand Alliance Party in the Anambra governorship election, had won 17 out of the 19 local government areas results collated at the INEC Center in Anambra.

The flagbearer of APGA, who was not deterred by the malfunctioning of the Bimodal Verification Accreditation System BVAS, deployed to the polling unit where he voted, remained calm.

Soludo waited for about five hours before casting his vote on Saturday.

Anambarians are currently celebrating in front of his house congratulating the former CBN Governor as the new Governor of Anambra state.
