TVS Motor Company has strengthened its presence in Nigeria through a strategic partnership with Enviable Tricycle Auto Parts Ltd, a move expected to expand access to motorcycles and tricycles, deepen after-sales support, and intensify competition in the country’s growing mobility market, Prime Business Africa reports.
The partnership will see Enviable Tricycle Auto Parts Ltd serve as an additional distributor for TVS products and services nationwide, leveraging its established distribution network and operational reach to drive the company’s next phase of growth in Africa’s largest economy.

The development comes as demand for affordable transportation solutions continues to rise across Nigeria, where motorcycles and tricycles remain critical for commercial transportation, last-mile logistics and personal mobility. Industry observers say expanded distribution and service networks could help improve product availability, reduce maintenance challenges and support job creation across the automotive value chain.
Under the agreement, TVS Motor plans to expand its network footprint from 17 outlets to 47 outlets nationwide, creating one of the country’s largest two- and three-wheeler sales, service and spare-parts networks.
The expansion will include new exclusive 3S facilities covering sales, service and spares in key commercial and transportation hubs. The broader network is expected to improve customer access to genuine spare parts and technical support, addressing longstanding concerns about vehicle maintenance and after-sales service in parts of the market.
Nigeria and the wider African region continue to play a central role in TVS Motor’s international growth strategy. According to the company, the region accounted for 25 per cent of its overall sales in the 2025 financial year, while Africa contributed more than half of its global operating revenue and nearly 70 per cent of export unit volumes.
Speaking on the partnership, Peyman Kargar, President of International Business at TVS Motor Company, described Nigeria as a strategically important market for the company.
“Nigeria is a strategically important market for TVS Motor Company and has been our stronghold. Our focus continues on building a scalable footprint in the region, strengthening customer experience, and creating sustainable long-term value within evolving global mobility ecosystems,” he said.

Also commenting, Ituma Chukwuemeka Enviable, Managing Director of Enviable Tricycle Auto Parts Ltd, said the collaboration would strengthen access to mobility solutions and improve service delivery across the country.

Beyond expanding its retail presence, TVS Motor said the enlarged distribution network would support the introduction of new products across multiple segments of the Nigerian market, providing consumers with a wider range of technologically advanced mobility options.
The company said the initiative reflects its long-term commitment to Nigeria and underscores the country’s growing importance as a hub for automotive and mobility investments in Africa.
