The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has uploaded the names of executives of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) aligned with former Senate President David Mark on its official portal, in compliance with a recent judgment of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Prime Business Africa reports.
The development marks a significant administrative step by the electoral body following the apex court’s decision, which vacated an earlier status quo ante bellum order issued by the Court of Appeal in the party’s lingering leadership crisis.
Checks on INEC’s portal confirmed that the names of the Mark-led National Executive Committee have now been formally listed, signalling recognition in line with the Supreme Court’s ruling.
