US Removes Nigeria From Religious Violators’ List

The United States has announced the removal of Nigeria from its religious freedom blacklist.

This was contained in a statement, titled ”Religious Freedom Designations.” and released by US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, on Wednesday.

Countries on the blacklist, according to the statement, are “Burma, the People’s Republic of China, Eritrea, Iran, the DPRK, Pakistan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan.”
