President Bola Tinubu has released list of 45 ministerial portfolios assigned to the nominees recently screened and confirmed for appointment by the Senate of the National Assembly.

According to a statement signed by Willie Bassey, Director of Information, Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, on Wednesday, Tinubu appointed Wale Edun as the Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, while former Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike was named as Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

Former governor of Ebonyi State and now a Senator, David Umahi was appointed as Minister of Works, while his counterpart in Jigawa, Mohammed Abubakar Badaru, was assigned to the Ministry of Defence.

Ex-Governor of Plateau State, Simon Lalong is for Labour and Employment.

Also, Lateef Fagbemi, SAN, was appointed as the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice.

4. Ahmed Dangiwa – Housing and Urban Development

Digital Economy

7. Ishak Salaco – Minister of State,
Environment and Ecological Management

8. Wale Edun – Minister of Finance and
Coordinating Minister of the Economy

9. Bunmi Tunji – Minister of Marine and Blue Economy

10. Adedayo Adelabu- Minister of Power

11. Tunji Alausa – Minister of State, Health and Social Welfare

12. Dele Alake – Minister of Solid
Minerals Development

13. Lola Ade-John- Minister of Tourism

14. Adegboyega Oyetola – Minister of
Transportation

15. Doris Anite – Minister of Industry,
Trade and Investment

16. Uche Nnaji – Minister of Innovation
