The United Bank for Africa (UBA) has announced changes to its USSD banking charges, effective June 3, 2025.
In line with the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) directive, USSD banking charges will no longer be deducted from customers’ bank accounts. Instead, charges will be deducted directly from customers’ mobile airtime balances.
