The former president’s cinematic picks showcased a blend of personal and Higher Ground, the production company he shares with Michelle Obama.

Films like “Rustin,” “Leave the World Behind,” and “American Symphony” made the cut as Obama highlighted their excellence, acknowledging his bias as a producer but affirming their merit.
