Nollywood Actress, Cynthia Okereke, Dies At 63

Veteran Nollywood actress Cynthia Okereke passed on

Her death was announced in an Instagram post on Wednesday by a colleague, and popular actor and filmmaker, Joseph Okechukwu.

According to Okechukwu, Okereke’s unfortunate death took place on Tuesday evening.

Her death comes 12 months after her kidnap ordeal.

She was kidnapped in Enugu alongside fellow actor Clemson Cornel last year but later released unhurt by their abductors days after they were declared missing.

Born on 20 April 1960 (63 years), Okereke hails from Enugu State.
