Buhari Travels To London For Medical Check-up

Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari has travelled to London, the United Kingdom on Monday, October 31, 2022, for routine medical check-up.

According to a statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, the president will return to the country in the second week of November, 2022.

President Buhari earlier on Monday had presided over an emergency security council meeting at the state House following the alert raised by the United States, and United Kingdom about alleged planned attack by terrorist groups in Abuja.

The president also participated in the opening ceremony of Police Force retreat in Imo State on Monday.
