PRESIDENT Muhammadu Buhari has warmly endorsed Senator Andy Uba, the Gubernatorial candidate of All Progressives Congress (APC) in the Anambra state election on November 6 2021.
President Buhari who receved Uba at the State House, Abuja, expressed his support for the candidate, wishing him victory in the poll.

The event which was a formal Presidential reception of Uba as APC candidate for the election, attracted the company of the APC Campaign Council, chaired by Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo state. Others were the Chairman, Caretaker and Convention Planning Committee of the party and Governor of Yobe State, Mai Mala Buni, Governors Gboyega Oyetola of Osun, Yahaya Bello of Kogi, Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos, Boss Mustapha, Secretary to the Government of the Federation, and George Akume, Minister for Special Duties and Intergovernmental Affairs.
Governor Uzodinma thanked the President for throwing his weight behind Senator Uba and assured him of taking the message of the party to Anambra people with the hope of gaining victory for the party in the election.
Governor Buni said the incidence of new entrants of top politicians in recent time in the State into APC is a sign of victory.
He said, “Anambra is ripe for us, and we will work together for victory.”
