In a recent series of Twitter posts, Darius Jackson, Keke Palmer’s boyfriend, sparked a heated discussion by expressing his disapproval of her outfit choice while attending Usher’s Las Vegas Residency.
Jackson called out Palmer, stating that he did not appreciate her decision to wear a fitted, black bodysuit under a sheer dress.

Jackson’s tweets ignited a debate about personal values and standards. He wrote, “We live in a generation where a man of the family doesn’t want the wife & mother to his kids to showcase booty cheeks to please others & he gets told how much of a hater he is.” He continued, “This is my family & my representation. I have standards & morals to what I believe. I rest my case.”

The controversy deepened when Jackson quote tweeted a video of Palmer dancing with Usher, commenting, “It’s the outfit tho.. you a mom.”

The response from his followers was mixed, with some supporting his opinion and others criticizing his attempt to police Palmer’s attire.
While Palmer has not publicly responded to Jackson’s comments, she shared new photos of her concert attire on Instagram.
In the caption, she wrote about her experience watching Usher perform and expressed her admiration for his talent. Palmer also hinted at a photo featuring herself, Usher, and others, suggesting that the event was enjoyable overall.
Palmer and Jackson have a four-month-old son named Leodis “Leo” Andrellton. The couple first revealed their relationship during an appearance on The Tamron Hall Show in November 2021.
Palmer spoke about the challenges of keeping their relationship private and emphasized the importance of not hiding something that brings her happiness.
She acknowledged that while her profession demands a certain level of privacy, she wanted to celebrate her bond with Jackson.
