Police Arrests BRT Driver Who Allegedly Kidnapped, Killed 22-year-old Lady

Police has arrested BRT driver for allegedly kidnapping and killing 22-year-old Bamise Ayanwole who boarded the bus on Saturday, 26th February 2022.

Bamise was said to have boarded the BRT bus from Chevron Station Ajah going to Oshodi.

She reportedly made a video inside the bus when she felt uncomfortable during the trip and sent to her friend. After that, nobody heard from her again as she went missing.

The family raised the alarm when Bamise couldn’t get home and could not be reached.

The family further made frantic efforts to trace her whereabout and equally lodged complaint at police authority.

Her corpse was later found at Carter Bridge on Sunday with her private parts missing.

The police identified the BRT driver as Andrew Nice (male).

Nigerians have demanded justice, asking law enforcement authority to ensure that the BRT driver is properly prosecuted for the wicked act.
