The MBA programme is based on an Action Learning approach that requires participants to apply management concepts to real-world organisational challenges. It combines management education, applied research, critical reflection and practical problem-solving, with participants applying their learning to challenges in their professional environments.

Prof. Lere Baale, chief executive of BSN Nigeria, congratulated the graduates and urged them to translate their qualifications into stronger organisations, ethical leadership and sustainable improvements.

Baale said the value of an MBA should be demonstrated through the quality of graduates’ decisions, their ability to develop others and the impact of their work, rather than through the qualification alone.

Dr. Olumide Ajayi, a director of BSN Nigeria, urged the graduates to remain competitive and continue applying their knowledge to organisational challenges. Dr. Olubunmi Fatungase, the valedictorian, also addressed the graduating class.

Nigeria’s Ambassador to the Netherlands, Ambassador Dr. Mohammed Idris Haidara, delivered an address at the ceremony, which brought together graduates and members of BSN’s international learning community.

BSN Nigeria said its network of about 1,156 Nigerian Action Learning MBA graduates provides opportunities for professional collaboration, mentorship and knowledge exchange. The institution also acknowledged its faculty, lecturers, examiners, Action Learning Coaches, Set Advisors, staff and wider international team for their contributions to the graduates’ development.

The institution urged the new graduates to remain active learners and apply their skills to businesses, institutions and communities in Nigeria and beyond.
