Joseph Simmons, popularly known as Rev Run is a founding member of the ground-breaking hip-hop trio Run-D.M.C., rapper, reality TV staple and Pentecostal minister. Some of his notable songs are, “It’s Like That,” “Walk This Way” (with Aerosmith).

Rev Run became a grandfather when his daughter Vanessa Simmons gave birth to a daughter, Ava Marie Jean Wayans, in 2014.

2. LL Cool J (James Todd Smith)

LL Cool J’s eldest daughter, Italia, has children, making him a grandfather.

Snoop Dogg became a grandfather when his son Corde Broadus welcomed a baby boy, Zion, in 2015.

Ice-T became a grandfather when his daughter, LeTesha, had a son named Elyjah Marrow.
