At this year’s African Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA), held on Saturday, May 11, 2024, at Eko Hotel in Lagos, just like any other event there were those who had a good night and those who had a forgettable one.

Leading the charge with 12 nominations, Over the Bridge, closely followed by  Mami Wata, which secured 11 nods. However,  the Prime Video original Breath of Life, with five wins, won the most awards this year.
