UTME Result Forgery: Details Of Anambra Panel’s Report

The committee set up by the Anambra State government to investigate issues around the 2023 United Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) of result Mmesoma Ejikeme has released its findings indicating that the student forged her result.

Miss Mmesoma had claimed that she scored 362  in the examination and was parading a printout bearing the same figure of score but the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) maintained that her original score was 249.

The examination body subsequently imposed sanctions on her by withdrawing the result and banning her from taking UTME for three years as punishment for indulging in forgery.

The Anambra State panel’s findings confirmed the position of JAMB on the matter.
