Peter Obi has become a sensation and a revolutionary movement in Nigeria. He has become a symbol of hope and has given Nigerians a reason to believe in a better nation. For the first time, we are seeing people put away tribalism and unite for a better Nigeria.

In the light of the elections getting closer the church has been speaking up and Peter Obi has been invited to several churches and crusades where he was well received.

However, pastors have been very careful to not take clear political stance in the forthcoming elections. They have rather advised their congregations to vote wisely but did not declare for any political party in particular.

This however did not discourage some pastors who have been bold enough to take a stance and outrightly say they will be voting for Peter Obi onl the 25th of February.

In a viral video on the 17th of February Lead Pastor of the Christ Embassy, Chris Oyakhilome dropped a clue for the members of the megachurch to vote for Peter Obi. The pastor narrated to his members what God revealed to him concerning the three presidential candidates.

Although no name was mentioned, Pastor Chris gave his members a clue about the third candidate’s saying “his name is in the Bible.

Pastor Paul Enenche

The founder and General Overseer of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Pastor Paul Enenche has been bold and clear on who he would be giving his support to on the 25th of February.

On Monday, February 20, the pastor, while faulting the Muslim-Muslim ticket of the All Progressives Congress said, “We are left with only one viable, credible, reasonable, reliable option left. That is the third major aspirant you know. Vote value, credibility and simplicity.”

Apostle Johnson Suleman

Founder of Omega Fire Ministries (OMF), Apostle Johnson Suleman did not mince words on Sunday 19, 2023 when he declared that he and his family would be casting their vote for the standard bearer of the Labour Party (LP) Peter Obi.

Suleman announced that his household is ‘Obidient’.

Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere

The General Overseer of the Omega Power Ministry (OPM), Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere has been vocal about his political stance and who Nigerians should vote for in the forthcoming general elections. He declared his support for Peter Obi and even described Obi as the Moses sent by God to rescue Nigeria.

Prophet Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere, the founder of Mountain of Holy Ghost Intervention Deliverance Ministry Onitsha, has been one of the pastors supporting Obi from day one. He urged his congregation to stop collecting rice from politicians and for them to vote wisely.
