Lagos Police Confirm Tiwa Savage's Petition Against Davido

The unfolding drama, which has gripped the entertainment industry, recently saw Tiwa Savage taking her grievances to the Lagos State Police Command, seeking intervention and protection.

The conflict reportedly stems from Tiwa Savage’s association with Sophia Momodu, Davido’s estranged baby mama. The saga began when Tiwa Savage shared a picture of herself and Momodu on her Instagram Story on December 23. In response, Davido allegedly sent messages to Tiwa’s manager, who is also part of his management team, expressing his displeasure and warning her not to provoke him.

Tiwa Savage revealed that she responded to Davido’s messages, urging him not to reach out to her, especially considering her past support for him during difficult times, such as the loss of his son.

Following their exchange, Tiwa Savage claimed to have received texts and calls from mutual connections, questioning her actions and suggesting that Davido was upset about her friendship with his estranged baby mama.

Tiwa Savage Alleges Threats From Davido, Files Petition

According to Tiwa Savage, Davido has gone a step further by attempting to portray her as the aggressor in the situation. She alleges that he has informed their mutual connections to caution her about being in Lagos, as he allegedly threatened to “f**k her up.”

This has left Tiwa Savage feeling not only targeted but also concerned for the safety of herself and her team. The feud between Tiwa Savage and Davido comes in the wake of the two artists unfollowing each other on Instagram, sparking speculation among fans. Interestingly, Tiwa Savage’s ex-husband, Teebillz, has also entered the fray, publicly calling out Davido on social media.

Teebillz, who had previously attempted to resolve matters privately, declared that he was done with diplomacy and vowed to “teach Davido a lesson.”

The unfolding saga highlights the complexities of relationships within the entertainment industry, where personal conflicts often spill into the public domain. As fans anxiously await further developments, the Tiwa Savage-Davido feud serves as a stark reminder of the challenges celebrities face in navigating both their personal and professional lives under the constant scrutiny of the public eye.

The involvement of law enforcement adds a layer of seriousness to the situation, underscoring the need for resolution and accountability in the world of Nigerian entertainment.
