‘Star Wars: Visions’ Season 2: Watch New Animated Trailer

Fans of the “Star Wars” franchise have something exciting to look forward to as the trailer for Season 2 of “Star Wars: Visions” has been released.

The fully animated anthology series will once again showcase the creativity of nine animation studios from around the world. This time, the episodes will be available for viewing on May 4, which is celebrated by fans as Star Wars Day.

The animation studios that worked on the second season include El Guiri, Cartoon Saloon, Punkrobot, Aardman, Studio Mir, Studio La Cachette, 88 Pictures, D’Art Shtaijo, Lucasfilm, and Triggerfish.

These studios have an impressive portfolio of projects, such as “Wolfwalkers,” “Wallace and Gromit,” “The Legend of Korra,” and “Harley Quinn,” among others.

The nine episodes of Season 2 are titled “Sith,” “Screecher’s Reach,” “In the Stars,” “I Am Your Mother,” “Journey to the Dark Head,” “The Spy Dancer,” “The Bandits of Golak,” “The Pit,” and “Aau’s Song.” Each episode promises to bring something new and exciting to the table.

The first season of “Star Wars: Visions” premiered in September 2021 and was met with positive reviews. The series showcased a variety of styles and storytelling techniques, from samurai-inspired Jedi vs. Sith lightsaber duels to a rock opera episode at Jabba the Hutt’s palace.

The voice cast of Season 1 also included well-known actors such as Lucy Liu, Neil Patrick Harris, Simu Liu, Kyle Chandler, Henry Golding, and George Takei. Fans are eagerly waiting to find out who will lend their voices to the characters in Season 2.

“Star Wars: Visions” is a great addition to the “Star Wars” franchise, showcasing the talents of animators from around the world and bringing fresh perspectives to the beloved universe.
