The autopsy report of late Hollywood star, Anthony Johnson has revealed, it was alcohol that killed him.

Johnson’s autopsy report cited “chronic ethanol use” as his cause of death, while also noting the manner of death was natural.

Popularly known as Ezal for his role in the movie, “Friday,” his wife, Lexis also confirmed the star died from long time drinking. She even insisted that the cause of her husband’s death should be publicised for all to see.

According to the unidentified medical examiner: “Johnson died from years of hard drinking.”

The report also confirmed, he tested positive to the coronavirus disease even though he did not have symptoms of  pneumonia.

The ‘Friday’ star would now go down in history as one of the celebrities who alcohol killed.

According to Lexis: “It’s something I wanted people to know. I want the cause of death to be public.”

She also announced, she would be springing to action almost immediately to raise her late husband, a foundation to help his good deeds leave on. She said the foundation which shall come in Johnson’s name will share knowledge, warning people to steer clear of excessive drinking.

She emphasised, the NGO’s mission would be to teach youth about the dangers of alcohol. Lexis walked the talk by volunteering to talk to young people in the church.

She mourned that her late husband has joined the droves of close friends, she had lost to the cold hands of alcohol, preaching Anthony’s alcohol ‘legacy’ should inspire others to put the bottle down, going forward.

Just in case you missed it, late Johnson was found lifeless last year in an L.A. area store. He was rushed to the hospital but later pronounced dead.

Anthony Johnson was most famous for playing ‘Ezal’ in the original “Friday” flick. Other movies he would be remembered for included “Menace II Society,” “House Party,” “The Players Club” and others.
