PHCCIMA Pledges Support For Agriculture & Agro-Allied Services Trade Group

President of Port Harcourt Chamber of Commerce, Eze Sir Mike Elechi, has pledged total support for the PHCCIMA Agriculture & Agro-Allied Services Trade Group, urging them to ensure that their activities create the needed value for member companies.

He enjoined them to add more verve in ensuring that Agriculture takes its rightful place among chamber trade groups and the state at large.

The PHCCIMA boss made this assertion when a delegation of principal officers of the PHCCIMA Agriculture and Agro-Allied services Trade group led by its Chairperson, Mrs. Vivian Segun John paid him a courtesy call at the PHCCIMA secretariat.

Eze Elechi had described Agriculture as a sector he has developed so much passion for, adding that as a member of the PHCCIMA Agriculture and Agro Allied Services Trade group, the group is always very dear to his heart, and therefore assured them that he will continue to give his unalloyed support to ensure they succeed.

Earlier on the Chairperson of the trade group, Mrs. Vivian Segun John had said the visit was premised on the need to officially visit to express gratitude to the President for finding them worthy to serve in such a strategic trade group and to assure him that the trade group members has churned out action plans that are in tandem with his administration’s robust set objective for the trade group. She called for his continued guidance and support to enable the trade group to accomplish its set goals.

The highlight of the visit was the presentation of souvenirs to the President by the trade group members and group photographs. Also present during the photo shoot were PHCCIMA’s 2nd Deputy President, Hon Prince Charles Beke, The Vice Chairperson of the trade group, Dr. Edna Okpara, and Secretary Mr. Taiwo Odutayo.
