Labour Party presidential candidate, Mr Peter Obi, has won one of the polling units close to where the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu voted in Saturday’s polls in Lagos.
Obisocred nine votes in polling unit 052, Ward 3, Alausa, Ikeja, while Tinubu came second with eight votes.
A total of 62 voters registered at the unit but only 19 were accredited and voted.
Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) scored two votes at the unit.
The Labour Party presidential candidate also won at Polling Unit O55 Keke Abimbola, Ago, Lagos.
Obi pulled 122 votes, while the APC’s Tinubu, garnered nine votes.
The candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, got zero votes in the polling unit.
Prime Business Africa reports that the former Anambra governor voted in his hometown in Agulu, Anambra State around 11 am, where he expressed capability and readiness to lead the country if he emerges winner.
