Prime Business Africa spoke with defender Alvin Maccornel as the team await necessary airport clearance Monday.

“Presently we are in Ivory Coast, now at the international airport, the free agent told Prime Business Africa.

“The match against (your country) will not be an easy one but we are hopeful that a good result can be achieved. It’s possible.

“Central Africa Republic did it so who says we cannot beat Nigeria if we take our chances and stop their dangerous players,” the centre back enthused.
