July 27, 2023

Singer and social crusader, Charles Oputa, alias Charly Boy, says he will walk naked on the street of Bourdillon if the Election Petition Tribunal declares the Labour Party candidate, Mr Peter Obi, winner of the February 25 presidential election.

The musician made this known in a post on his Twitter handle, where he said that he will strip himself naked in jubilation for Obi’s victory.

“For me, I go naked waka from one end of Bodillon to Falomo.”

Prime Business Africa recalls that the Independent National Electoral Commission had announced Bola Tinubu as the winner of the keenly contested February 25 presidential election.

However, feeling dissatisfied with the outcome, the Labour Party and its candidate later dragged the electoral umpire, the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its presidential candidate to the tribunal to challenge the victory.
