On June 18, 2023, Davido took to social media to express his emotions and share his struggles with his followers. In a heartfelt message, Davido acknowledged that this Father’s Day was particularly challenging for him.

Despite the immense grief he carries in his heart, he expressed gratitude to God for giving him the strength to endure such trying times. “Difficult Father’s Day for me…. But I thank God for strength,” he wrote.
