CAPHOTEL, NCR Top Gainers Chart For Equities On NGX

At the close of business on Wednesday July 14, 2021, CAPHOTEL and NCR emerged top gainers for equities on the Nigerian Exchange Group.

To top the chart, CAPHOTEL closed the day with N2.64 as against N2.40 on Tuesday, making a gain of N0.24 which reflected a change of 10.00%, while NCR which occupied top spot yesterday came second today by closing with N3.00 against 2.73 on Tuesday, gaining N0.27 with a change of 9.89%.

Others in the top ten of the gainers chart include UNITYBANK, TOTAL, FTNCOCOA, VERITASKAP, UPDC, JAIZBANK, SOVRENINS and LASACO.

Topping the losers chart for equity were LINKASSURE and CORNERST. LINKASSURE lost -N0.04 after closing the day with N0.70 as against N0.30 (0.74) reflecting a -5.41% to top the chart, while CORNERST lost -N0.03 after closing the day with N0.53 as against N0.69 (0.56), reflecting -5.36% change.

Occupying the top ten chart for equity losers alongside the duo include OANDO, CHIPLC, ACCESS, TRANSCORP, STERLNBANK, AFRIPRUD, WEMABANK and ZENITHBANK.
